Tin Dog is a 3-piece original rock band from Coventry, made up of Kenno Kennedy on guitar and vocals, Chris Rhodes on drums, and Pete Arnold on bass and vocals.
After playing together on the the pub covers circuit since 2006, Kenno, Pete, and original drummer Dave Hobbs wanted a change and a challenge. So in 2014, following several months of jamming and writing, and a change of name, Tin Dog was born with the aim of making music that sounds just too big to be played by a three-piece. Highlights since then have included multiple appearances at the Godiva Festival and Coventry Motofest (the UK's largest urban motorsport festival).
Tin Dog released their first album "old enough to know better" through all major digital outlets and streaming services on 14 February 2020, distributed by Amuse.
In January 2023 Dave chose to leave the band, and was replaced a couple of months later by Chris.
Throughout 2023, the band has played to a number of new audiences. This has included hosting one of Coventry's most popular open mic sessions on several occasions and also playing the HMV Empire in December.
